2-7 Years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
2-7 Years of experience working in Agile environments
Professional experience using Jira to manage and track requirements
Knowledge of Scrum Master practices and participation in Scrum ceremonies
English at B2 level or above
A technical degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline
Knowledge and experience using generative artificial intelligence and AI tools applicable to the workplace
Must reside in Spain and have permission to work in Spain
Nice to have: experience collaborating with international teams, experience in digital transformation and process improvement, knowledge of Confluence or other functional documentation tools, Agile or Scrum Master certif
