Managing the full recruitment process from A to Z (from profile definition via candidates interviews to managing negotiations and closing the contracts) You will contribute to developing customized onboarding plans Manage online assessments and debrief the assessment report to the candidate Participate in various (integral) TA/HR projects, including employer branding and the collection of recruitment data that will be used to drive continuous improvements in our processes.




Participate in recruiting events and job fairs as needed Supporting the People& Culture Manager in Spain on people projects and priorities Support the Iberian managers by anticipating and reporting the market dynamics and recruiting market trends What are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition function and good understanding of the Spanish and Portuguese recruiting markets; Business acumen and ability to understand the business needs and to anticipate the recruiting market trends Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; Good knowledge of HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems; Very good knowledge of social media and direct search techniques, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter; Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines; Project management experience and an organized approach to managing a high-volume of tasks; Fluent (bothwritten and spoken
