Original Games is a remote mobile game studio developing casual games. We work on live products alongside new game concepts, with a focus on product performance and sustainable growth.
As our Head of UA, you will work directly with the co-founders and own acquisition strategy, budgets and campaign execution across our portfolio. Our team gives you the opportunity to stay hands-on while leading one UA Manager and coordinating closely with ASO, Creatives, Product and Analytics.
You will influence how we acquire players, test creative ideas and allocate marketing investment, with results measured through campaign performance and product economics.

UA team: Head of UA + 1 UA Manager, working closely with ASO, Creative, Product and Analytics teams.

ASO and Creatives around shared priorities.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute UA strategies across three or more products, from prototyping and soft launch to scaling.
- Personally launch, manage and optimize campaigns across AppLovin, Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, programmatic platforms and rewarded or incentivized traffic sources.
- Own UA and marketing budgets, forecast spending and allocate investment according to product priorities and expected returns.
- Analyze campaign and cohort performance, using ROAS, LTV and ROI to identify opportunities, prioritize tests and make scaling decisions.
- Directly manage and mentor one UA Manager, set priorities and support their development.
- Manage relationships with advertising networks and acquisition partners, improving performance and exploring new traffic sources.
