Responsibilities Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipmentLocal hands-and-feet support for integral IT teamsTroubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environmentsIncident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)Compliance with CSV, GxP,
