We are looking for a Product Engineer to join the Business Change & Engineering team.
This role involves developing new insurance product propositions for a multi?year transformation program across our European Commercial Insurance markets.
functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain new insurance products.
Conduct analyses of competitors' products and pricing strategies to inform market positioning; Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in product development, OR high school diploma with strong experience in the area.
Knowledge of property, casualty, and specialty insurance underwriting.
Familiarity with underwriting function guidelines, practices, and governance controls.




Working knowledge of insurance software packages, particularly Guidewire, Xmind, and APD.
Proven project and time management abilities.
