Anywhere within Spain, SpainWe are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Architect to define and build AI agent-based solutions for our projects and our clients.
You will spend most of your time designing and guiding, and the rest building: you will define the architecture and also help the team to build it, from the first prototype to production.You will work side by side with our engineering and project teams, who bring deep knowledge of the telecom domain, and together you will decide how to apply AI to our sector and our projects.
You will also help our sales and project teams to shape offers, take part in client conversations and explain your technical decisions in a clear way.
What You'll Work On Define how we apply AI to the telecom sector: assess and prioritize use cases and support proposals and RFPsDesign end-to-end architectures, from data ingestion to automated actionsDefine agent responsibilities, boundaries, autonomy levels and interaction models (single vs. multi-agent)Design safe execution mechanisms: guardrails, approvals,



policy enforcement and rollbackBuild and implement solutions based on LLMs and AI agents, from architecture to working codeBuild RAG-based knowledge systems using internal documentation, procedures and operational dataWork with streaming and real-time data pipelines at high volumesSet up how we evaluate, monitor and improve AI solutions in productionTake part in client meetings and technical workshopsShare knowledge and good practices with the team while working on the same projectsRequirements 6+ years of experience in data engineering, ML or AI engineering, including experience as a technical reference or architect in projectsRecent experience (last 1-2 years) taking to production solutions with LLMs, RAG or AI agentsPractical experience with at least one agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph or similar), tool/function calling and vector databasesStrong knowledge of machine learning and solid experience designing and deploying AI/ML
