and implement preventive measures to minimize incidents and operational disruptions. - Support operational teams in identifying hazards, strengthening controls, and maintaining safe working environments. - Environmental Sustainability and Performance - Lead regional environmental and sustainability initiatives in line with organizational commitments and business objectives. - Oversee the measurement, monitoring, reporting, and reduction of Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions. - Identify opportunities to improve environmental performance and integrate sustainable practices into operational processes. - Use QHSE data, reporting tools, and performance indicators to identify trends, measure progress, and guide improvement initiatives. - Project Support and Stakeholder Engagement - Provide expert QHSE guidance for major projects, customer engagements, tenders, and operational activities. -
