What You'll Be Doing- Lead strategic trade marketing campaigns and initiatives across Iberia region, owning budgets and delivering measurable commercial impact.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Retail customers to develop and execute outstanding omnichannel campaigns.
- Enhance the trade retail plans ensuring strong alignment with the wider Western Europe marketing strategy.
- Leverage shopper, consumer, and retailer insights to inform decisions, optimise campaigns, and improve performance.
- Represent Trade Marketing within the Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process.
- Manage the development of bespoke in-store activations,



displays, endcaps, and promotional materials.
- Identify innovation opportunities and implement new marketing solutions using a test-and-learn approach.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for future activity.What We're Looking For- Work experience in Trade Marketing, ideally within a consumer goods, retail or high-profile branded environments, with a proven track record of delivering impactful retail activations.
- Passionate about retail, marketing trends and brand experiences, with a natural curiosity for what's new in the industry and a strong creative mindset.
Able to think outside the box, challenge conventional approaches and turn fresh, relevant ideas into distinctive experiences that stand out.
- Strong understanding of the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) retail landscape and omnichannel shopper marketing.
