Your goalThis internship is designed for students who want to experience the fast-moving world of mergers and acquisitions while developing both analytical and commercial skills in an entrepreneurial environment.You will support our deal teams throughout the entire transaction process and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of M&A.From; market research and financial analysis to valuations and client preparation, you will become part of the deal team and learn by doing.At Marktlink,

Your responsibilitiesAs an M&A; Intern at Marktlink, you can broadly expect the following responsibilities:Perform market research, company analysis and financial analysis; Support the preparation of valuations and financial models in Excel; Assist in preparing presentations, information memorandums and pitch materials; Support commercial activities and buyer research; Help coordinate ongoing transactions and project activities; Work closely with deal teams across multiple industries and sectors; Your profileAre currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; Have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail; Are commercially driven and interested in entrepreneurship and M Enjo
