Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an Application Support Technician.
The consultant is expected to bring specialist or expert-level proficiency in application maintenance and general IT support, preferably with experience providing Tier-2 support for business applications, enterprise tools or database administration.
The incumbent will work under the direct supervision and guidance of the DSM Team Lead, and in close collaboration with other DSM members and units.
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of applications and tools for the client and partners;
- Perform databaseadministration tasks of MSSQL and open source databases; Assist in the evaluation, configuration and installation of new releases in accordance with established configuration management standards;
- Assist in the deployment of tools and in the implementation of processes to assist in operational support;
- Assist in responding to application-related queries from end users in remote locations;
