This role will work with general and regional teams to deliver scalable, value-driven industrial data solutions across sectors such as energy, mining, utilities, manufacturing, chemicals, and data centres.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead solution architecture, workshops, implementation planning, and technical design for PI Data Infrastructure and CONNECT Digital Twin customer programmesEngage with customers to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for PI DI initiativesDefine architecture standards, templates, best practices,



and rollout approaches for multi-site or enterprise deploymentsCollaborate with product management, services, sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to shape customer value, identify new use cases, and provide product feedbackMentor and guide multi-disciplinary teams, including solution architects, senior engineers, developers, UX specialists, and industry expertsEssential Requirements15+ years of relevant experience in solution architecture, consulting, services delivery, or industrial software implementationDeep experience with PI Data Infrastructure, including PI Server installation, configuration, connectivity, protocols, alerting, aggregation, Asset Framework, PI Vision, and PI DataLinkStrong industrial domain experience in sectors such as energy, mining, data centres, utilities, chemicals, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive environmentsProven ability to lead customer workshops, translate requirements into
