Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders.
Lead discovery workshops, unpack business requirements, and manage change expectations across teams.
Architecture & Product Ownership:



Review Review the migration roadmap from Redshift to Snowflake, ensuring the data architecture supports long-term scalability, governance, and strict data retention policies.
Translate high-level business goals into structured epics, user stories, and actionable technical tasks; manage the team's sprint backlog.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming to elevate overall delivery quality.
Hands-on Execution: Step into the code/pipelines when needed to unblock engineers, validate technical designs, and establish best practices for data modeling and transformation.
Technical Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Data Warehousing: Proven hands-on experience migrating legacy data platforms (specifically Amazon Redshift) to modern cloud warehouses (Snowflake).
