Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain an integrated end-to-end plan across all workstreamsDefine and track milestones, deliverables, owners and dependenciesTrack plan vs. actual; run a weekly RAG statusand decision cadenceOwn the overall status as the single source of truthRollout and scale-upEnsure readiness for OEM/insurer rollouts (incl. regional readiness, E2E process/SOP)Define and monitor go/no-go criteriaSynchronise repair-shop onboarding, training (incl. train-the-trainer), product releases and insurer integrationsSteer rollout, hypercare and handover to business-as-usualDependency and critical-path managementSeparate must-haves for the next rollout from items that can follow laterIdentify technical deliverables that block
