Experience with providingadministrative support for tendersfor both public and private customers.Ability to ensure fullcompliance with public procurement requirementswhen working on public?sector tenders.Confidence incoordinating the tender processand collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing.Strong skills inbackground research, document searches, and data collectionneeded for tender preparation.A reliable approach tomeeting tender deadlinesand taking ownership of timely delivery.Capability to support thereview and final sign?offof proposals and other tender documents.A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and supportimprovements to systems and processes .
Familiarity with CRM systems, includingtracking contracts, managing issues, reporting trends, and responding to stakeholder inquiries .
