How You'll Contribute:
Strategic Leadership & Planning:

Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives
Team Management & Coaching:
Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development and coaching
Foster a high-performance, positive culture centered on accountability and growth
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets




Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership
Relationship Management & Market Intelligence:
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory
