Your missions?
Lead complex IT transformation projects, including application modernization and infrastructure migration initiatives.Define project roadmaps, work plans, budgets, resources, milestones and delivery governance.Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, external partners and suppliers to ensure project alignment.Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, quality indicators and delivery performance.Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, budget and quality standards.ApplyAgile, Waterfall or hybrid project management methodologiesdepending on project requirements.Present project status, risks, challenges and proposed solutions to technical and executive stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools and delivery practices.Your profile?
Degree inIT, Computer Science, Technologyor a related field,



or equivalent experience.At least8--10 years of experiencein IT project or program management, ideally in complex technology environments.Strong experience inapplication modernization, legacy application migration, infrastructure migration or cloud transformationprojects.Knowledge ofAgile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, with experience using tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent.Fluent inEnglish and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to have:Previous experience as aSenior Project Manager / Program Managerin large-scale IT transformation projects.Knowledge of software architecture concepts, microservices, cloud-native environments or development frameworks.PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent certification.What do we offer?
