The French CSR role is a key position within the team, acting as primary customer interface for external customers, distributors, potential customers, and internal stakeholders.Actively monitors open orders, products availability, and lead-time developments to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on timeInteracts and works closely with the business team, sales representatives, back office to ensure that the customers' requirements are met,
