German Sales & Onboarding Specialist
, you will be the ultimate strategic growth advisor for emerging businesses and established local enterprises
Your mission is to introduce them to game-changing digital marketing ad solutions, minimize churn, and unlock massive growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Strategy:
Guide new clients smoothly into the ecosystem and design high-performing, results-driven ad campaigns.
Drive Revenue:
Connect with the German market via outbound calls, confidently presenting tailored solutions and campaign upgrades.
Database & Account Management:




Keep your portfolio organized and ensure all customer data is accurate and up to date.
Smash Your KPIs:
Work proactively to meet and exceed exciting sales targets in a goal-oriented environment.
Build Relationships:

Smart Optimization:

Your Profile
Education:
University degree or equivalent practical experience (Marketing/Communications background is a plus).
Languages:
Native-level (

) German and a high proficiency in English.
Experience:
2+ years of proven success in sales or digital marketing, winning over clients in target-driven environments.
Tech & AI Savvy:
You love incorporating AI tools into your workflow and are comfortable working with CRM systems.
Market & Cultural Expert:
You deeply understand German business etiquette, regional marketing ecosystems, and GDPR privacy
