You'll join as a key member of the International Benefits team, initially owning EMEA benefits operations end-to-end while progressively taking on broader program management responsibilities as the function matures. Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets – procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue) to launch benefits in new EMEA markets. Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA. Data & Reporting:
Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets. Program Management (evolving):
Work closely with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure benefits decisions are integrated into the broader international strategy. Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment




Experience managing broker and carrier relationships, including RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations
Ability to analyze benefits data (enrollment, utilization, cost) and translate insights into recommendations
Program or project management experience — comfortable building processes, defining cadences, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Excited about the prospect of growing from a regional operational role into a broader program management function
