As a Customer Support Representative supporting our Japanese speaking clients , you'll be the first point of contact for them. You'll support them through live chat, email, and phone, solving problems, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident every step of the way.

Communicating with clients via phone, live chat, and email

Taking ownership of the assigned market , including translations, market-specific content,



and other back-office tasks

Staying informed about our products, services, and market-specific requirements

Language Guru: Fluent Japanese is a must, as well as English. Comfortable working flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Have experience in hospitality, retail, call centers, or customer support

Have experience supporting international or Japanese-speaking clients

Have experience with CRM or ticketing tools
