Then come and join our general team as HR Global Process Owner – Total Rewards (f/m/d), for overseeing and improving global HR processes,



in the scope of employee lifecycle management (including, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits) HR Information Systems (HRIS), and payroll‐related functions such as time and attendance. The role demands a blend of strategic vision and hands‐on execution to lead process design, automation, and standardization in a fast‐growing international environment. The HR GPO acts as a change agent and partner to HR stakeholders, managing complex multinational projects and ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
