Reporting into the store leadership team, you will lead a team of two colleagues while ensuring operational excellence across the store. At Burberry,

RESPONSIBILITIESLead, coach and support a team of two, fostering an inclusive and high-performing store environment. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring processes, standards and compliance requirements are executed effectively.
Support commercial performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and service delivery.
Collaborate with store leadership to drive business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the La Roca store. PERSONAL PROFILEPrevious experience in a retail store operations, supervisory or team leadership role.
