Leading a team of project professionals, the Project Portfolio Manager provides governance, financial oversight, resource planning, and delivery leadership across a portfolio of complex cross-functional initiatives. Oversee project and programme delivery, ensuring business outcomes are achieved within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.



People Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals. Manage performance, capability development, and resource allocation across the portfolio. Governance, Planning & Control Establish and maintain portfolio governance aligned with enterprise standards and strategic priorities. Lead portfolio reviews, executive governance forums, and reporting activities to support informed decision-making. Financial & Resource Management Oversee portfolio budgets, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Monitor portfolio performance and provide data-driven recommendations to support investment and prioritisation decisions.
