As On-demand Finance Lead, you will be the end-to-end owner of the vertical's financial performance, operations, and growth strategy.
Operating with high visibility and autonomy, you will steer P&L; performance, architect automated Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and partner with Product & Tech to build next-generation Fintech products that scale our business sustainably. THE JOURNEY Financial Performance & P&L; Ownership: Own and steer the end-to-end On-Demand P&L; across revenue and cost levers.
Design and optimize scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows—ensuring timely,



error-free partner invoicing and driving zero-debt operational targets alongside Financial Systems and GBS teams. Commercial & Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with commercial teams to establish dynamic pricing strategies, define commercial guidelines, and support complex contract negotiations.
Team Leadership: Act as day-to-day manager and coach for 2 Finance Analysts, driving execution, setting performance goals, and supporting their professional development.
QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEExperience & Background4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Financial Operations, Commercial Finance, Strategy Consulting (e.Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and arrive at data-driven solutions using hypothesis-led approaches.
Executive Presence & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of partnering with cross-functional leadership (Commercial, Ops, Product, GBS).Fluent English (written and spoken).Background
