SUPO, where required) Why This Role Matters As an AIT Engineer, Thermal & Harness, you play a vital role in ensuring the thermal and electrical integrity of ICEYE's satellite constellation. You will execute hands‑on assembly, integration, and testing activities, from harness routing and MLI installation to structural alignment and mission‑critical verification. Working across mechanical, electrical, and design teams, you will own technical issues on the production floor and contribute directly to the quality and reliability of spacecraft leaving Valencia ready for orbit. Your Day‑to‑day Responsibilities * Assemble, route, and secure complex satellite electrical harnesses, ensuring compliance with routing standards and EMI/EMC best practices for grounding and shielding * Install and verify Multi‑Layer Insulation (MLI)



and thermal protection systems to specification * Conduct alignment, assembly, and verification of mechanical and thermal hardware across satellite production activities * Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues during harness routing and thermal assembly, leading troubleshooting of thermal and electrical connectivity faults * Collaborate with EMI/EMC engineering teams to optimise harness routing and shielding solutions that mitigate electromagnetic interference * Identify process issues and drive continuous improvement of thermal and harness production workflows, contributing to design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) and design‑for‑testability (DFT) initiatives * Represent AIT Engineering across projects and disciplines on mechanical and thermal interface topics, ensuring alignment between production and design teams Must Haves * 5+ years of hands‑on experience in the development, integration, testin
