Key Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot SharePoint On-Premises solutions. * Design and implement custom SharePoint components, workflows, integrations, and application functionality. * Analyze existing SharePoint applications and implement technical improvements. * Support application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patching, migrations, testing, and deployments. * Develop and maintain .NET/C# components and services within the application landscape. * Integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications through APIs, web services, and databases. * Contribute to modernization initiatives and gradual replacement of legacy applications. * Perform root-cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents. * Ensure solutions comply with security, stability, performance, maintainability, and compliance requirements. * Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
