Lead Miista's general e-commerce business as a high-performing, brand-right and commercially sustainable trading channel, connecting product, content, technology, acquisition and customer experience. The role You are an experienced and commercially driven E-commerce Trading Manager responsible for the performance and day-to-day trading of Miista's international e-commerce business. This senior role sits at the intersection of trading, merchandising, digital operations, technology, performance marketing and customer experience. Key responsibilities Commercial strategy and digital trading * Own and evolve Miista's international e-commerce strategy, roadmap, annual budget, forecasts and trading plan in line with brand and business objectives. * Take responsibility for digital-channel revenue,
