As AI-Native Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the platform, ensuring that business objectives, technical quality, and delivery milestones are successfully achieved. You will work closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and AI-enabled development teams to establish efficient ways of working, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously improve how software is designed and delivered in an AI-first environment.
This role combines delivery leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management,



and team coordination within a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape.
What you do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform, ensuring successful execution against agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives across its full lifecycle: from initial country/business onboarding, fit-gap analysis, and roadmap definition with estimations, to execution, go-live, and stabilization.
- Define, establish, and actively monitor delivery KPIs and quality metrics (e.g., lead time, velocity, defect rate) using custom dashboards to track team performance and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
