Channel Mastery: Oversee performance across digital and offline channels — PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate, CRM, PR, Events, and Sponsorships.
Brand, Acquisition & Market Growth
Brand Leadership: Drive consistent brand messaging,
positioning, and identity across all markets and customer touchpoints.
Acquisition & Retention: Build and optimize end-to-end funnels that drive customer acquisition, boost engagement, and maximize retention.
Market Insights & Innovation: Lead competitor intelligence and customer research to uncover new growth opportunities, adopting cutting-edge MarTech tools and methodologies.
Cross-Functional Synergy
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance,Legal, and Country Managers to ensure seamless, integrated customer journeys.
Executive Reporting: Establish robust analytics frameworks to deliver actionable performance insights to C-level executives and the Board.
Compliance & Responsible Marketing: Ensure all marketing practices strictly comply with local industry regulations and Responsible Gaming standards.
