At least 8 years of professional experience in construction project management and/or as site manager in the residential (detached houses) and/ or hospitality sector is required. Thereof a minimum of 5 years managing absolute high-end projects is required. You must be able to manage high-end projects independently during the later phase of the planning process (design development/ proyecto de ejecución), tendering and construction processes as well as close-out and hand-over. Participate in the design phase and construction details with the design team. Manage quantity take-offs, budgets and tenders during the planning phase. Check change orders, progress certificates and final accounts to ensure we respect our client budget. Carry out site management and quality control, costs review and schedule together with the project supervision team (architect and aparejador).
