Experteer Overview
In this MDR onboarding and deployment role, you will guide clients through the initial onboarding of services and coordinate deployment of security offerings at client premises. You’ll maintain deep knowledge of Kudelski Security’s product portfolio and manage delivery from onboarding to handover to the Business Practice owners. You’ll work closely with customers across technical and managerial domains and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth security journey. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that shapes how customers adopt and benefit from our security solutions.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement security product strategies at client sites
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio
• Manage delivery for new and existing customers and coordinate handover to Business Practice owners




• Understand customer security infrastructure and provide guidance accordingly
• Maintain frequent technical and managerial client contact
• Collaborate with PMO, DevOps, SOC Analysts and other internal groups
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in a consulting and client-facing role
• Experience in network, Windows and Linux administration with a security and logging focus
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) focusing on security and logging
• Experience with EDR/NGAV, SIEM, and Vulnerability Scanning technologies
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Autonomous, self-taught and transparent
• Ability to manage parallel tasks across multiple interfaces
