The firm advises shareholders, management teams, private equity investors and corporates across a range of M&A; transactions, with a focus on the Spanish mid-market.
The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals and take meaningful responsibility across the transaction process, from initial analysis through execution and closing.
Key responsibilities Supporting and leading workstreams across buy-side and sell-side M&A; transactions
Building and reviewing financial models and valuation analyses
Preparing teasers, information memoranda, presentations and other transaction materials
Conducting company, industry and market analysis
Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating information flows
Participating in management and client interactions
Working with senior team members throughout the execution process
Supporting transaction documentation and other closing-related activities
