Role Overview

Inbonis is the leading European financial and non-financial rating agency specialising in SMEs and mid-caps. As a B-corp certified company, Inbonis' mission is to democratize access to ratings for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as mid-sized companies in order to allow them to diversify their sources of financing and thus promote their development.
We are seeking a personable and service-oriented individual to join Inbonis team. Individuals applying for this position must be self-starters, action driven, versátil, thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple priorities, and successful in communicating with all levels within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of company personnel and external partners in a professional manner.
- Office management of both Madrid and París headquarters. Mainteinance of the office providers and other third party vendors.
- Take responsability on accounting, expenses, invoicing, payments and receipts.




- Support in internal and external event organization.
- Provide administrative support to other executives as well as the Finance Team as needed.
- Report and assist to the CEO office.
- Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with a Finance team and or office management.
- Familiarity with maintaining sensitive and confidential information.
- Should have technical skills to operate accounting, IT and financial programs, spreadsheets, emails, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines; experience working for a late-stage start-up company or technology company is a plus.
- Should have both analytical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to always keep sensitive information confidential
