As a CRM Specialist in Factorial's general Lifecycle team, you will own French market lifecycle ops, activation, and outreach. You’ll design scalable activation programs, nurture flows, and cross-functional SDR plays to drive pipeline. You will balance automation with human touch, leveraging AI-assisted tools to personalise at scale. This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation and field marketing, offering impact across global lifecycle initiatives. You’ll work in a fast-growing, collaborative environment that values data-driven decision making and cross-border collaboration.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and execute activation and reactivation sequences for the French market across triggers, timing, and channels
• Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programmes, and re-engagement campaigns
• Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management aligned with global criteria
• Translate lifecycle campaigns into SDR sequences and outreach plays for the French market
• Coordinate with SDRs to ensure lead routing, SLAs,



and campaign context at handoff
• Collaborate with Field Marketing to create full-funnel, multi-touch sequences
• Identify automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates
• Utilise AI-assisted tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalisation at scale
• Contribute to AI tooling experimentation for segmentation and lead prioritisation
• Maintain campaign calendars, ensure data quality and accurate attribution across touchpoints
• Analyse activation performance and share insights with Lifecycle and Revenue Marketing teams
• Build and maintain basic dashboards tracking activation rates, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI
Responsabilidades
