We are looking for a Communications Engineer & Project Manager with a functional and service management-oriented profile and solid knowledge of enterprise communications, connectivity, and managednetwork services. Description The role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating communications services provided by external vendors and telecommunications carriers, leading technology projects, and managing the budget of the area.The position will act as the liaison between functional teams, service providers, telecommunications carriers,security teams, and technical teams, ensuring service quality, SLA compliance, technological evolution of thecommunications landscape, and the successful execution of strategic projects.This is not intended to be a hands-on operational administration role, although a strong technical understandingof enterprise networking, telecommunications, connectivity, unified communications, and network securityenvironments is required. Roles: IT Service Management: Supervise and coordinate enterprise communications services delivered by externalproviders, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, remote access, voice, and unifiedcommunications. Ensure service quality, operational stability, network availability, and compliance with agreedSLAs and KPIs. Act as the main coordination point for critical incidents, escalations, planned maintenance,capacity issues, and service improvements, ensuring business continuity and alignment with companyexpectations. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with telecommunications carriers, network technology partners,and outsourcing providers, ensuring proper service delivery, contractual compliance, and continuousimprovement. Coordinate operational and strategic follow-up meetings, evaluate vendor performance, andsupport supplier selection, contract renewals, connectivity sourcing, and service optimization initiatives. Project Leadership: Lead communications, connectivity, and network transformation projects from planningto execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline,



budget, and quality standards. Coordinate internalstakeholders, telecom carriers, and external technology partners;
manage dependencies, risks, and priorities;
And ensure the successful transition of projects into operational support. Budget & Financial Management: Prepare, monitor, and control the communications budget, includingoperational expenses, telecom services, maintenance and support contracts, circuits, subscriptions, andproject-related costs. Identify opportunities for consolidation, optimization, and cost efficiency while supportingfinancial planning and investment decisions. Governance & Technology Strategy: Define and evolve the company's enterprise communications andconnectivity strategy, supporting network modernization, standardization, cloud connectivity, cybersecurity,resilience, and business continuity initiatives. Ensure that services and projects comply with corporate policies,technical standards, architecture principles, and governance frameworks. Communications & Network Security: Ensure the security and compliance of enterprise communicationsenvironments by promoting and enforcing cybersecurity best practices, corporate policies, and securitystandards. Coordinate with internal security teams and external providers to identify and mitigate networkrisks, support remediation initiatives, ensure appropriate segmentation, secure remote access, trafficprotection, and controlled connectivity, and contribute to maintaining a secure and resilient communicationslandscape. Profile Required Studies Computer Bachelor degree or related field Additional training in IT service (ITIL) or project management (PMO) is a plus.

Extensive experience in Infrastructure and Cloud service management. Experience in on-premises to cloud migrations. Extensive experience coordinating external IT service providers. Experience leading infrastructure or cloud-related projects. Experience managing budgets and operational costs. Experience in regulated environments and Quality assurance methodologies (nice to have). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of enterprise communications environments, including LAN,WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, Internet connectivity, VPN and remote access, DNS/DHCP/IPaddressing, network monitoring, voice, unified communications, cloud connectivity, network security, andmanaged network services. Vendor & Service Management: Ability to coordinate telecommunications carriers, network integrators, andoutsourcing providers;
monitor SLA/KPI compliance;
manage escalations;
and ensure service quality,availability, capacity, and continuous improvement. Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explaintechnical concepts to non-technical audiences and management teams.
