Job Description Define and execute the company's strategic plan to drive sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value creation. Lead the evaluation, integration and performance improvement of acquired businesses, ensuring operational synergies and cultural alignment. Oversee end-to-end business operations, including P&L; management, budgeting, cash flow,
