About The Role
Our Sales team powers customer growth around the world. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, they own their market segments, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach. We're looking for a Crypto Sales Executive with expertise in digital assets, institutional trading,

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying, pitching, and onboarding institutional prospects
- Understanding client requirements to position the full Revolut X stack
- Identifying gaps in the market and collaborating with internal teams to develop and launch new institutional-grade offerings (e.g., lending, prime brokerage)
- Taking ownership of the entire sales funnel, from initial outreach and market research to drafting and closing complex partnership agreements
- Maintaining high-touch relationships with your book of business, gathering actionable feedback to drive continuous product improvement
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitor movements to ensure our value proposition remains best-in-class
