MET Group in Madrid is launching a Spain-focused digital growth engine within its MET Retail unit. You will own paid acquisition, website/app conversion, and referrals to drive new customer growth and scale across markets.
Reporting to the Growth Director, the role demands 6–8 years of digital-first B2C growth experience, strong analytics, and fluency in Spanish and English;
you will design lifecycle journeys and experiments to define the market playbook and enable expansion.
