Are you enthusiastic about outdoor sports, recreation, and leading active groups on Mallorca? A private recreational events company is looking for a Paintball Activity Leader to organise and guide action-packed paintball matches across the island. In this role, you will travel from Palma to locations in Campos or Algaida to run engaging sessions, ensuring that players have a fantastic, safe, and well-managed experience every single weekend.
Your primary responsibility revolves around the complete coordination of paintball matches for visiting groups and private events. You will be responsible for:
- Organising and coordinating dynamic paintball games and activities on-site.
- Welcoming participants, explaining game rules, and managing event schedules.
- Overseeing safety guidelines and monitoring game flow throughout each match.
- Ensuring sports equipment is handled properly and that the activity space runs smoothly.
To be successful in this position, you should bring a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
The requirements for the role are:
- Your own vehicle is required for travelling between Palma, Algaida, and Campos.
- Willingness and availability to travel across these project locations in Mallorca.
- Previous professional experience in similar recreational or sports roles is valued.
- An official leisure coordinator or recreation monitor certificate is considered a definite plus.
