Your role

As an IT Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and business development.

Your main tasks will include:

- Sourcing and approaching IT candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
- Screening candidates and supporting interviews
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Identifying potential clients and generating new business leads
- Supporting consultants with business development and market research
- Developing your communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Working towards individual KPIs and targets





Who we're looking for

No previous recruitment experience is required, but some experience in sales, business development, customer service or another target-driven environment is a strong plus.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Ambitious and motivated by targets
- Proactive and confident speaking with people
- Commercially minded and interested in sales
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Curious about technology and recruitment
- Eager to learn and develop quickly

At the end of the internship, strong performers can have the opportunity to progress into a Junior 360° Consultant role, combining recruitment, sales and client management.
