Retail Operations (Store Openings) - Barcelona - 40h. At MiiN Cosmetics, we are pioneers in bringing the best of Korean beauty to Europe. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and analytical Retail Operations professional to support the strategic growth of the company in new markets. This is a key role for laying the groundwork for future expansion, including scouting and analyzing potential new locations, conducting financial feasibility studies, and managing the logistics of store openings.

Responsibilities
Market Research & Feasibility
Support the search and analysis of new locations or potential markets.
Visit potential locations to evaluate their potential.
Gather and present information for strategic decision-making.
Conduct economic feasibility studies and profitability projections for new store openings.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Maintain communication with suppliers, real estate agents,



and local authorities.
Develop and maintain databases of location opportunities and key contacts.
Support negotiations and the closing of deals with property owners or shopping centers.
Prepare reports and executive presentations on project progress.
Track timelines, contracts, and documentation related to the opening processes.
Internal Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Retail) to ensure correct execution of new store openings.
Support optimization of expansion processes to improve efficiency, costs, and timelines.
Analyze proposed store layouts and optimize sales space.
Manage licenses, permits, and legal requirements for store openings.
Assist with store openings to support setup.
Qualifications
Studies in Business Administration or International Commerce.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail expansion, or similar roles.
