We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager / Supplier Relations Coordinator with solid knowledge of air travel, hotels, rental cars, cruises, and tours, as well as proven sales experience. This role supports a U.S.-based travel company operating in Spain through its local Travel Office.
Please note that this position does not involve selling travel services to the general public. Instead, you will help our company build and maintain business relationships with cruise lines, tour operators, and other travel industry suppliers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supplier Relations — Manage and strengthen relationships with travel suppliers, including cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, and other industry partners.
- Corporate Liaison — Serve as the primary point of contact between the U.S. headquarters, the Spain-based office, and international subsidiaries.
- Agent Support — Handle inquiries from the network of Travel Agents in Spain and communicate their feedback, concerns, and requests to the U.S. home office.
