Responsibilities

- Assisting residents with basic activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.

- Providing active support in occupational, educational, and leisure activities organized by the center.

- Helping maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating community atmosphere for all residents.

- Working closely alongside the care team to ensure routine daily schedules run smoothly and effectively.

Requirements

- An Intermediate Vocational Training qualification (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio), ideally in socio-sanitary care, social integration, or related health and social fields.

- A valid driving license (Category B).

- Basic user-level computer skills for documentation and day-to-day coordination.

- A genuine commitment to the wellbeing, autonomy, and dignity of people with disabilities, combined with strong teamwork capabilities.

Compensation and Terms

The center offers a structured full-time schedule with a gross annual salary of €21,914.46. You will be hired on a temporary contract covering medical leave for an initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of contract extension. xqbhyrx

The work schedule consists of rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, supplemented with additional pay bonuses for night shifts and official public holidays.
