As Senior Operations Business Partner for Autodesk’s Expansion in EMEA, you will be the operations liaison supporting sales leadership and the Revenue Operations ecosystem. You’ll diagnose frictions, translate field needs into actionable plans, and drive cross‑functional resolution to improve execution. The role combines hands‑on problem solving with strategic planning to give leadership clear visibility and ensure rapid, data‑driven decisions. You’ll work across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance to shape the Expansion agenda and enable scalable growth.

• Understand how the EMEA Expansion business operates and identify gaps in the sales process and execution
• Diagnose operational problems, engage with field stakeholders, and drive solutions with cross‑functional teams
• Identify patterns across field input and performance data to surface issues and opportunities
• Own resolution of operational issues, coordinating with relevant functions and escalating when needed

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related partner role
• Experience partnering with Sales leaders in a field-facing capacity
• Understanding of expansion sales or complex sales motions
• Strong problem-solving orientation with root-cause analysis and cross-functional resolution
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tooling; data-driven decision making
