About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Lead, FSP Operations (clinical operations) to join Parexel's Functional Service Provider organization.



This cross functional leadership role plays a critical part in shaping the success of Clinical Operations FSP programs through strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial oversight, and strong client partnership.
As Program Lead, you will provide direction across FSP programs, ensuring the delivery of high quality, cost effective services while maintaining customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and business performance. You will work closely with functional leaders, regional leaders, and line managers to develop scalable solutions, optimize program performance, and drive sustainable growth..
