This role involves providing vital support to our clients and users, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to facilitate an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record and document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
- Monitor ticket statuses and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.




- Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a customer support or IT support role is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
