Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the Medical Affairs function, shaping its strategic position and partnering with Commercial and cross-functional teams to drive portfolio development across ophthalmology, ENT, gastroenterology, urology and consumer health. You will build relationships with international partners and lead licensing, due diligence, and portfolio evaluation activities. You will drive scientific excellence and embed Medical Affairs into business decision-making while developing multidisciplinary teams. You will establish governance and processes to enable growth and actively contribute to innovation.

• Build and manage relationships with international partners, distributors and external stakeholders

• Drive scientific excellence and ensure Medical Affairs influences business decisions
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams covering Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance and Scientific Training

• Actively contribute to innovation initiatives and future business opportunities
Responsabilidades
• Medical Degree strongly preferred
• Significant leadership experience within Medical Affairs
• Experience in international or headquarters environments
• Exposure to portfolio strategy, business development, partnerships or licensing
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
• Strong leadership, communication and people management capabilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to build and transform
• Fluent English
