Job Description:The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a primary legal partner for assigned European and international matters, taking the lead within that remit and coordinating with the general Legal team, central functions and specialist external counsel where appropriate.The role will have a primary focus on complex commercial contracting, corporate governance and the legal integration of acquired businesses.
