EMEA Phisical Logistics Lead & Masquefa CDC Logistics Excellence Manager Role Purpose The EMEA Logistics Lead is responsible for managing the performance of the Masquefa Central Distribution Center (CDC) and driving logistics excellence across the EMEA distribution network through effective 3 PL governance and cross-functional coordination. The role serves as the primary interface between the business and the logistics service provider, ensuring the CDC consistently delivers high service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity, operational scalability, and cost efficiency. The position does not manage warehouse operations directly, but is fully accountable for monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and holding the 3 PL accountable for agreed outcomes. Key Responsibilities Masquefa CDC Governance & Performance Management Act as the business owner of the Masquefa CDC performance. Monitor and evaluate warehouse operational performance through defined KPIs and SLAs. Ensure the 3 PL consistently delivers agreed service, quality,



inventory, productivity, and safety targets. Challenge performance gaps and drive corrective action plans with the logistics provider. Lead weekly operational reviews and monthly performance reviews with the 3 PL management team. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on performance, improvement initiatives, risks, and future capacity needs. Serve as the primary escalation point between the business and the CDC operator. 3 PL Relationship Management Build a strong and constructive partnership with the 3 PL while maintaining high accountability. Develop performance scorecards and improvement roadmaps. Drive continuous productivity, inventory accuracy, and service level improvements.
