Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive the shift from traditional field tactics to technology- and data-enabled pharma marketing in Spain. You’ll engage senior marketers to co-create bespoke, evidence-led digital strategies that align with commercial realities. Your work translates prescribing insights into high-impact campaigns on M3 platforms, directly contributing to revenue growth. You’ll shape new service offerings and collaborate with M3 leadership to scale a modern, consultative commercial engine.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the transition from headcount-driven tactics to technology- and data-powered marketing across accounts
• Build and present technology- and data-driven marketing strategies to senior brand managers and digital leads
• Translate prescribing insights into structured communication plans and high-impact campaigns on M3 platforms
• Collaborate with M3 group MDs to shape commercial approach, define value propositions, and drive revenue growth




• Identify opportunities beyond pharma promotion, initiating pilot services (e.g., market research, recruitment, educational initiatives)
• Feed product development with customer insights to influence roadmaps and priorities
• Support recruitment and capability-building to scale growth initiatives
Responsabilidades
• 3–4 years in B2B pharma-focused commercial roles with credibility in brand discussions
• Consultative problem-solving track record; sales experience not required
• Structured problem-solving ability and hypothesis-driven analysis
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in client discovery and value-based proposals
• Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to build new offerings from scratch
• Native or fluent Spanish and professional English proficiency
